The Ted Moorhead Lagoon House is the welcome center for the Indian River Lagoon National Scenic Byway. The building is owned by the City of Palm Bay and run by the Marine Resources Council. The property features a mangrove nursery, native rain gardens, and a short trail with Lagoon overlooks.
