Waivers:
Minors (under 18) who want to use the aquatic center for open swimming will now be required to provide us with a waiver form signed by their parents or guardians.
Waivers will be kept on file so that kids may check themselves in on future visits. This will allow us to have emergency contact information should a minor become hurt while enjoying one of our centers.
Waivers will need to be renewed yearly. Minors that do not have a signed waiver on file will not be allowed to participate in activities in our recreation centers without having a parent/guardian present.
Parents/guardians are able to create an online account and sign waivers electronically. This will keep all the information stored digitally and avoid the need for paper copies.
Parents/guardians can click here to find the online waivers. If you already have an account, just log in and make sure to add your child to your account before adding the waiver to your cart. Go through the entire process, including check-out. The waiver is free, but the check-out process must be completed for us to have it on file.
We appreciate the community’s help with this process as we look to keep all our community youth safe and provide them with a place to recreate.
