Mayor Rob Medina delivered his annual State of the City Address through video. The video highlighted another year of progress, investment, and momentum across Palm Bay. Major highlights included continued reductions in crime, the opening of Fire Station 7 and Building E, major investments in Utilities infrastructure, roadway and transportation planning improvements, and continued economic growth throughout the city. Palm Bay also welcomed more than 400 new businesses in 2025 while continuing to invest in parks, public safety, housing, and quality of life initiatives that support our growing community.

From public safety and infrastructure to economic development and recreation, Palm Bay continues building for the future while remaining committed to transparency, service, and responsible growth.
