Effective March 1, 2022, Orange Data has been contracted to provide liens searches for the City of Palm Bay. Follow the link to access the City of Palm Bay Open lien Search Request Portal on the Orange Data website. You will need to create an account with Orange Data to submit lien requests. Each lien search is $60.00 and requests will be expedited. Please contact Orange Data at 407-965-4245 or info@orangedata.com for assistance. 

Public records requests may be submitted online, on the phone, in person, via mail or email.  The easiest way to request a public record is through the online portal, powered by GovQA.  You can open an account in GovQA to track your request and receive your records, or you can submit anonymously.
