§ 171.001. DEFINITIONS
ACCESSORY USE/STRUCTURE. A use or structure that is: (1) Clearly incidental to, customarily found in connection with, and located on the same parcel as the principal use to which it is related; and (2) Designed for the comfort, convenience or necessity of the occupants of the principal use served.
