Keeping Palm Bay Utilities Customers Informed

Palm Bay Utilities always wants our customers to be informed of anything affecting service.  Some of the ways customers are contacted are by notice via postcard, yard stake, or door hanger. If you have received any of these notices and you wish to learn more, please review the information below.

BOIL WATER NOTICE

The City Of Palm Bay is required by law to inform citizens of an affected area. When the number of affected customers is limited, each affected household or business is informed individually using a printed notice hung on the front door. In addition, the Palm Bay Utilities Department publishes Boil Water Notices through media releases and residents may elect registration through e-notification for immediate notice.

If you have received a Boil Water notice, you will receive the Boil Water Rescission notice. This notice is to let you know all test show your water is good to drink.

METER INACCESSIBLE NOTICE

If you have received the Meter Inaccessible notice it means something has prevented Utilities workers access to your meter. You should check the location of your meter and remove any obstacles from the area. Keep the meter accessible at all times.
