On August 17, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the opening of a state-run monoclonal antibody therapy treatment site for patients diagnosed with COVID-19 or considered high-risk if infected.

The City of Palm Bay is seeking public input as it reviews and updates its comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan, known as Palm Bay 2040 Vision, is a long-range plan that helps guide the City’s future actions through clearly stated goals, objectives, and policies.

PREPLANNED SHUT DOWN is scheduled for Monday, August 16, 2021. Water service to utilities customers will be experiencing low pressure’s and shut-off is due to corrective maintenance to repair a service line.

The Wednesday, August 11, 2021, “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” is hereby rescinded following the restoration of service and the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.

EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Water service to utilities customers were shut down due to a water main break. Service to these customers was shut down at approximately 4:15 p.m. and was restored after all work was complete.

EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN on Wednesday, 07/28/21. Water service to utilities customers were shut down due to a water main break. Service to these customers was shut down at approximately 11:00 a.m. and was restored after all work was complete. At this time the BWN issued 07/28/21 does remain in effect.
