City Manager Suzanne Sherman has named Joan Junkala-Brown as Palm Bay’s new Deputy City Manager. Prior to her promotion to Deputy City Manager, Junkala-Brown served as the City’s Director of Community and Economic Development and as the Administrator for the Bayfront Community Redevelopment Agency.

Sanitary Sewer Smoke Testing Scheduled for Areas of Palm Bay
The Palm Bay Utilities Department will be conducting smoke testing on its wastewater collection system March 21st through April 2nd. This test involves forcing a non-toxic smoke into the sanitary sewer lines to check for leaks, breaks, and defects in the system.
