Florida Tech Army Reserve Officer's Training Corps will use the Malabar Training Annex from 13-17 NOV 24 for the Fall 2024 Field Training Exercise using blank ammunition, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the training exercise, the unit plans to utilize a few assets from Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), which will create small explosions and simulate the noise of live gun fire. Residents should not be alarmed. Part of the training includes 90 Cadets practicing reconnaissance, raids, ambushes, patrols, land navigation, rope bridge construction, and physical fitness.
