The City of Palm Bay is providing income eligible Palm Bay residents with free Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) bus passes, good for up to 30 days, funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds. This program is available through September 30, 2024.

Specifications:

Income eligible Palm Bay residents
10 or 30-day physical passes
1 pass for each household member
