Road rejuvenation project MOT notification

Lane closures in Port Malabar Units 20, 24,25, 48

The Contractor for Public works;  

Pavement Technologies Inc.., will be performing road rejuvenation in portions of Palm Bay with partial lane detour. In preparation for rejuvenation. As part of the work, lane road closures will be needed at the following locations: 

  • Port Malabar unit (PM) 48 roads; January 29th- February 16th 7am – 6pm- Using Index 603 along with Index 604 for cross streets.; lane closures.
  • Port Malabar unit 20 roads; January 29th- February 16th 7am – 6pm- Using Index 603 along with Index 604 for cross streets.; lane closures.
  • Emerson Drive From Jupiter BLVD to Amador Drive 9am- 3pm- February 8th 12th 9am-3pm - Using Index 613, 603 on 2 lane collectors along with Index 604 -
  • Jupiter BLVD from Malabar Rd – Garvey road - February 13th – February 16th 9am-3pm - Using Index 603 on 2 lane collectors along with Index 604; lane closures
  • Emerson Drive from Minton road  – Jupiter BLVD - February 20th -February 28th  8:pm -5 am - Using Index 603 on 2 lane collectors along with Index 604; lane closures, Using Index 613 on 4 lane collectors.

    -   Emerson Drive from C1 canal to Fairhaven street - February 12th -14th 2024  9am-3pm - Using Index 603 on 2 lane collectors along with Index 604

 

Please keep in mind that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances could affect      construction schedules.
