Join us in congratulating the City of Palm Bay’s 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, Ron Bult! 

Ron is a Small Equipment Technician with our Parks & Facilities Department and has been with the City for almost 35 years! The City of Palm Bay appreciates all the hard work and dedication he shows on a daily basis. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, Ron refurbished the small yellow slide at the Aquatic Center, three sets of trailer ramps, a Tractor attachment called a Goosen, and fabricated metal to fix the mobile bleachers, all while performing his normal day-to-day duties.

Ron's exceptional skills, dedication, and cost-saving initiatives have significantly impacted our organization, and we are proud to honor him as Employee of the Year for 2023.
