If you have not yet renewed your Business Tax Receipt (BTR) for the current Fiscal Year (10/1/23 thru 9/30/24), you will need to do so online via the City’s new software solution, Intuitive Municipal Solutions (iMS) as soon as possible. Renewals that were not received by 09/30/23 are now considered delinquent and are subject to penalty fees.

Operating a business in the City of Palm Bay without a current BTR is also subject to Code Enforcement Board Action and additional fees. A new user account will need to be created through the iMS portal if not done so already.
