Hurricane Elsa Update from the City of Palm Bay

PALM BAY, FLORIDA - The City of Palm Bay is closely monitoring the progress of Hurricane Elsa as it moves through the Caribbean toward Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. Current models show the storm making a possible approach to Florida early next week. Storm updates are available from the National Hurricane Center.

While Elsa’s projected track and intensity are likely to change over the coming days, Palm Bay residents are advised to remain vigilant and take necessary action to prepare for a possible tropical weather event. Hurricane preparation tips are available on the City of Palm Bay’s website. As a reminder, the City of Palm Bay will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021, in observation of Independence Day.
