Driskell Park will be fully closed beginning April 27 for comprehensive renovations. The park is anticipated to reopen by June 30. Planned improvements include a complete interior renovation of the restroom building with new tile and upgraded amenities, exterior enhancements to the facility, replacement and upgrades of approximately 1,000 linear feet of sidewalk, and full removal and replacement of both basketball court surfaces and goals. Due to the scope of work, the park will remain closed to the public for the duration of the project.
