Prayer at Valley Forge Monument

On September 4, 2025, the Palm Bay City Council voted to move forward with a special project to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. In a 3–2 vote, Council authorized fundraising efforts for the installation of a life-size monument replicating the famous “Prayer at Valley Forge” painting, to be displayed prominently in front of Palm Bay City Hall.

This monument will serve as a lasting symbol of service, sacrifice, and American perseverance. For Palm Bay, it will be more than a historical reminder—it will be an inspiration for our employees, residents, and future generations. Every time our staff and residents see this monument, they will be reminded of the values of leadership, faith, and patriotism that built our nation.

We invite our community and supporters across the nation to join us in making this vision a reality. Donations will directly support the creation and installation of the Prayer at Valley Forge monument at Palm Bay City Hall.
