Project Summary: Eden at Bayside Lakes is a proposed 460-unit master-planned community currently under review by the City. Submitted by Joy LLC (property owner since 2019), the project seeks to redevelop the former Majors Golf Course into a primarily single-family residential neighborhood with supporting commercial uses.
