Palm Bay Utilities Fee

Post Date:05/06/2026 8:00 AM

Effective June 22nd, 2026, Palm Bay Utilities will begin applying a 3.5% fee to all credit and debit card payments and a flat fee of $1.95 to electronic check (ACH) payments.

These fees, charged by the payment processor, will apply to all transactions except for autopay payments made with a checking or savings account.

If your account is set up for autopay and is linked to a credit or debit card, a 3.5% fee will apply to each payment after the effective date. To avoid extra processing fees, consider updating your payment method to a checking or savings account (ACH). If you have already signed up for autopay using a checking or savings account, no additional charges will apply, and no change to your account is needed.

To update your payment method, please log in to your account through the Invoice Cloud portal and modify your AutoPay settings to replace your credit/debit card with a checking or savings account. We encourage customers to make this update as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted AutoPay service.

If you require assistance or have questions regarding this change, please contact Customer Care at 321-952-3420 or ucs@palmbayfl.gov
