Please see below and attached MOT notifications for road/lane closures for Cypress Gulf utility operations.

The Contractor for Emerald Lake development ( Cypress Gulf) construction will be performing Utility construction. 

They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations. 

The road/ lane closure/ lane detour will be at the following Location date and time: 

San Filippo and Cogan intersection road closure/ detour.; 4/12/26  8pm to 6 am

The work will require temporary road lane closure with detour.

Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
