Palm Bay Recreation Celebrates Spring with a Full Day of Bunny-Themed Family Fun on April 4

Post Date:03/23/2026 8:50 AM

Palm Bay Recreation invites families to enjoy a full day of festive spring fun on Saturday, April 4, with two exciting Bunny-themed events happening across the city — from breakfast and egg hunts in the morning to underwater adventure in the afternoon.

The day begins with the annual Breakfast with the Bunny at the Ted Whitlock Community Center, located at 370 Championship Circle NW, from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Families will enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring pancakes and sausage, along with hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice, and pastries. Children can bounce, play games, make crafts, enjoy face painting and balloon art, and take photos with the Bunny — so don’t forget your camera. The Easter Egg Hunt begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Admission is $5 per person, and children ages 2 and under are free with a paying adult. Special thanks to Beef O’ Brady’s Bayside Lakes for generously providing breakfast and Easter eggs for the egg hunts.

The spring celebration continues in the afternoon at the Palm Bay Aquatic Center, located at 420 Community College Parkway SE, with the Underwater Egg Hunt from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Children 13 and under will dive in to search for colorful eggs hidden in the pool. The egg hunt begins promptly at 1:15 p.m., followed by open swimming through 3:00 p.m. Guests can also enjoy a meet-and-greet and photos with the Bunny during the event.

Entry to the Underwater Egg Hunt is $5 per person. Space is limited, and admission will close once capacity is reached.
