Residential Solid Waste and Stormwater Billing Transitioning from Quarterly to Monthly

The City of Palm Bay is transitioning residential solid waste and stormwater billing to a monthly schedule for customers currently billed quarterly.

What to expect:

• Your final quarterly bill will be issued on April 23, 2026

• Your first monthly bill will be issued on July 23, 2026

Ways to pay your bill:

• Automatic Bank Draft

• Online- www.palmbayfl.gov/utilitypayments

• By phone - 321-952-3420

• By mail

• In person at Building E

• Drop box (after hours)

This change will create a more consistent and efficient billing process for all residents.

Attention: The Utilities Department will be transitioning residents currently on quarterly billing for Republic Services and Stormwater to monthly billing.

The last quarterly bill will be issued on 04/23/2026, with the first monthly bill to be issued on 07/23/2026.
