BURN BAN IN EFFECT

Due to dry conditions, current weather patterns, and elevated drought index levels, the City of Palm Bay has implemented a burn ban pursuant to City Code Section 33.57.
Effective February 11, 2026, and until further notice, all open burning within city limits is prohibited, including:
Campfires Bonfires Trash burning Any similar open incinerationThe ban does not apply to:
Barbecue grills State-permitted burns Authorized public fireworks displays Fireworks sales permitted by state lawThis action was taken in the interest of public safety to reduce wildfire risk and protect lives and property. We appreciate the community’s cooperation.
