The City of Palm Bay invites residents, business owners, and community partners to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house celebrating the City’s new Building E on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

The event will begin with brief remarks and an official ribbon-cutting, followed by an open house where guests can tour the new space, meet City team members, and learn more about how Building E will support City operations and service to the community.

“Building E represents our continued commitment to serving Palm Bay residents with efficiency, accessibility, and care. This project is about assuring our focus is considering others more than ourselves as we deliver City services to the community," said Mayor Rob Medina. “We’re #PalmBayProud to open this new facility and invite our community to come see it firsthand.”
