The City of Palm Bay will be conducting a planned network outage on Friday, December 5 through Monday, December 8 as part of an important infrastructure upgrade to improve network reliability, security, and resilience.
During this transition, City systems that rely on the network or internet will be unavailable, including phone lines. While some cloud-based platforms like Office 365 (email communications), iMS (e-permitting), InvoiceCloud (Utilities payments) may remain accessible, in-person and phone assistance at City facilities will be extremely limited or unavailable until all systems are restored.
Need to reach a department?
- Utilities will be closed on December 5 and will offer extended hours, staying open until 6:30 PM Monday, December 1 through Thursday, December 4.
