Road Closure

Cypress Gulf utility operations

The Contractor for Emerald Lake development ( Cypress Gulf) construction will be performing Utility construction.

They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations.

The road/ lane closure will be at the following Location date and time:

Palo Alto at Cogan Drive will have a road closure.; 11/10/25 9 AM – 11/21/25 3:30 PM

The work will require temporary road lane closure with detour.

Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
