Palm Bay Recreation Department Announces New Website Address for Online Services

Post Date:07/24/2025 8:58 AM

The City of Palm Bay’s Recreation Department is making an important update to its online registration system.  Beginning Friday, August 1 users will need to visit a new web address to register for programs or reserve pavilions online.

The current website, playonline.palmbayflorida.org, will officially transition to playonline.palmbayfl.gov.  This change is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to streamline digital services and improve access to official municipal resources.

Residents who have existing accounts with the Palm Bay Recreation Department will not experience any disruption.  All user accounts and program registrations will remain intact.  The only change is the website address used to access the system.

“We want to ensure a smooth transition for all of our users,” said Andy Dimmig, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Recreation Department.  “By moving to a .gov domain, we are aligning our services with national best practices for government transparency and security.”

The Recreation Department encourages all users to update their bookmarks and begin using the new website, playonline.palmbayfl.gov, starting August 1.

For more information or assistance, please contact Palm Bay Recreation by email at playpalmbay@palmbayfl.gov.
