The Contractor for Emerald Lake development ( Cypress Gulf) construction will be performing Utility construction.  

They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations. 

The road/ lane closure will be at the following Location date and time: 

  1.Gerona St SE, just northeast of Creech Ave SE at the FPL Easement, 7/10/25 7am – 7/17/25 5 pm,  Road Closure with Detour   2.Paigo St SE, west of Cogan Ave intersection, 7/08/25 7am – 7/15/25 5 pm, Road Closure with Detour

The work will require temporary road/ lane closure.

Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
