Palm Bay To Host ‘Let’s Do Business’ Open House

Post Date:12/19/2022 4:55 PM

The City of Palm Bay will host its inaugural ‘Let’s Do Business’ Open House for vendors interested in doing business with the City. The open house will be on January 19, 2023, from 8:30am to 12:00pm at the Tony Rosa Community Center located at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd NE. Representatives from various City departments will be available to speak with vendors about department needs.

During the event, training sessions will be offered to help vendors learn more about doing business with the City of Palm Bay and how to register with the City’s e-procurement platform, Vendorlink. VendorLink is a free, user-friendly online portal where vendors can register to receive email bid notifications and access solicitation documents from the City. The online registration allows vendors to provide basic information about their business and to select specific commodity codes for the goods and services they provide, ensuring that they receive relevant bid notifications. Laptops will also be available, and staff will be there to assist with the Vendorlink registration process.

To register for the training sessions, visit www.pbfl.org/vendortraining and pick a session time. There are two time slots available, one at 9:00am and one at 10:30am. Each session is one hour and is limited to the first 100 participants. When registering, provide your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
