The City of Palm Bay Procurement Office will host a pre-solicitation meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL 32907. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the City to discuss the above-referenced Request for Information (RFI) with interested parties and gather industry feedback. Interested parties are invited to attend this non-mandatory, in-person meeting.

• This meeting and the associated Request for Information are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute a competitive solicitation or result in the award of a contract.
• The City shall not reimburse any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of responses or participation in this meeting.
• Responses submitted may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.
• Participation in this RFI does not prequalify or otherwise guarantee eligibility for any future solicitation or contract award.
• The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue future solicitations, revise project scopes, or discontinue project planning efforts.
